Me and my partner have been meditative about shopping a vill/condo in Orlando to rent out as a eighth month home. Has any one finished this? Is there i high direct for it or is there as well most over there already?

I don’t own any Vacation properties, however, I don’t know if I would agree with the previous poster 100%. Yes there is stiff competition, but Orlando is still either the #1 or #2 destination IN THE WORLD.
So, it really depends upon how much time and effort you want to put into marketing the property.
If you think it’s going to be a “Fields of Dreams” thing i.e. “Build it and they will come” you will lose and lose big.
It’s really up to you.

Waste of your money and time. There are so many time share resorts renting out villas and you just can’t complete.
Just google rental in Orlando and thousands show up
